I personally have not had any work done on a car by this place, but my friend who is a Cadillac fanatic comes here almost every week! I usually accompany him just for the ride, although they are somewhat over priced (as all dealerships), they know exactly what they are doing and are very friendly. The service center for Cadillacs is excellent! Reno is the go to guy for all you women out there who don’t want to get gipped by petty car service guys. He is kind, caring and so considerate. He had them fix all of my cars problems and get this: I needed a detail because we spilled chicken soup. He said it would cost $89 to detail and I agreed. But today when I went to pick up the car he said that he will not charge me because he isn’t sure the smell is gone and I may need to take it to a shampoo place.
