Very professional and helpful

Everyone in the service department was super nice. The only criticism I have is that I was told the work was completed when in fact it wasn't, though it was completed quickly after I pointed it out. The work in question was based on text communications that were acknowledged by someone who helped me while the other person was on a break. The service technician was super nice though and also filled up my tires after I requested they be looked at. One might question however why they weren't checked as part of a regular review of the car.

I've been a customer of Casa de Cadillac for more than thirty years, and there's a good reason for that - the service department always takes great care of me and my car, and not once have they ever tried to upsell me on anything. I credit them (and my diligence about regular maintenance) with the fact that the 2011 Buick I bought from them in 2010 still runs perfectly.
