Always getting great customer service and excellent service for my GMC!!!

Ihad a very disappointing experience at Casa de Cadillac when I brought my car in on Wednesday 8-19-26 When I arrived, the clerk told me to pull my car in, but then walked away without explaining what I was supposed to do or telling me to go to the waiting area. I was left sitting in my car wondering what was going on. Another employee eventually came over and asked if I had been helped. When I explained that no one had told me what to do, he told me to go to the waiting area and said, laughing, “It’s not like you’re at an In-N-Out.” I told him, “I know I’m not at an In-N-Out,” but honestly, the comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. Once I went to the waiting area, the clerks continued to act as though I wasn’t there. There was no eye contact. Eventually, Carlos asked if I had been helped, and I explained that I had not. I was finally checked in, but the entire experience was frustrating and made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. This is my second bad experience at Casa de Cadillac. I let the first one slide, but this time I felt I needed to say something. For a dealership like Casa de Cadillac, I expect the customer service to be top-notch from the moment you arrive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. 😕
